Uchenna & Joyce Agu are an amazing couple.  After having experienced a devastating and severe loss of both their jobs and their life savings they figured out a way to replace both nest eggs and then some with the most unique way possible.  They entered and won CBS’s The Amazing Race.

Although they are taking advantage of the freedom that wining a million dollars gives them, they are well rounded individuals with a deep spiritual community involvement and giving nature.  They now use their 15 minutes of fame for philanthropic endeaveours in Houston, Texas.

Linda Adams has been an educator for more than 20 years. She and her husband Ronald started LDRA Performance Consultants Inc. a home based business back in 2000. They have worked with a variety of clients from ATT and Nextel to the Air Force, and from high schools to the Maryland State Department of Education where they analyzed performance needs and designed and implemented programs for audiences of all ages. Their specialty is helping people solve performance problems.

When they turned their attention to Real Estate and started a second home based business, Dragon Bear Inc., Linda focused on learning about credit in an attempt to better understand how to improve the performance of their own company.  At the various investor meetings and seminars both she and her husband have attended, Linda found herself engaged in discussions with other real investors who were having credit related problems. She discovered that there was a need for credit education among not only the other real estate investors who needed to maintain good credit in order to borrow money, but also among the general public having trouble qualifying for loans to buy houses.
