Don Hutson’s careers in speaking, management and sales have brought him many honors. He successfully worked his way through the University of Memphis, graduating with a degree in Sales. After becoming the #1 salesperson in a national training organization, he established his own training firm and shortly thereafter was in demand as a professional speaker.
Today Don’s client list includes over two-thirds of the Fortune 500 Companies, and he is featured in over 100 training films. He is Chairman & CEO of U.S. Learning and makes some 75 speaking appearances per year. Perhaps you have seen him on national television where he is regularly featured on both PBS and TSTN.
Our speaker is the author of nine books including The Sale and his latest best seller, #1 on Amazon.com, The One Minute Entrepreneur which he co-authored with Ken Blanchard.
Don is a member of the prestigious Speakers Roundtable. He was elected by his peers to the presidency of the National Speakers Association, and has received its coveted “Cavett Award,” as member of the year. He has also been inducted into NSA’s Speakers Hall of Fame.

Pamela Skilling, Career Change Expert

Pamela Skillings left the security of a six-figure corporate job to pursue her dream of becoming an independent, certified career coach. Her company, Skillful Communications, offers coaching and classes on career topics including how to plan an escape from a corporate job. She frequently lectures around the country on career topics for The Learning Annex, the American Management Association, and other organizations.
In addition to being a career coach, Pamela Skillings is an author, journalist, and entrepreneur who spent twelve years working as a marketing executive for major New York companies.
In 2004, she realized that corporate life wasn’t working for her anymore. By 2005, she left the world of steady paychecks and free office supplies to launch her own company.
During the long process of figuring out how to quit her job without going completely broke, Pamela met dozens of inspiring people that had escaped Corporate America to start businesses, find more life balance, and explore personal passions. She also met dozens who felt stuck in corporate jobs they hated and feared there was no way out.
