Michelle Glass, co-founder of By Divine Design®, began her entrepreneurial career at a young age.  Working along side other successful entrepreneurs, she gained significant experience that enabled her to embark on her first international business venture as a teenager.  Since those early beginnings, she has conducted numerous leadership trainings and makeover seminars throughout the world.

Michelle recently co-authored a national best seller entitled More Build It Big. She also spent 18 months involved in missionary service, working closely with families and individuals from many countries.  This experience profoundly enhanced her ability to understand people, and thus develop what would become her next venture.

While working on her degree in International Relations, Michelle, along with Ruth Van Buren and Carrie Knapp, began creating a system that would change Women’s lives. Immediately after her graduation they began offering business seminars and individual consultations.  By Divine Design® is now the most comprehensive image consulting firm in the United States for both men and women.

Michelle is dedicated to teaching people how to rise to a greater level of authenticity in both their personal and professional lives. As a wife and mother, her greatest joy is to watch how this information literally transforms relationships and families.
