Mary McHenry and Susan Guiher, Certified Coaches, Authors and Speakers, are passionate about Thriving — as women, mothers, and as entrepreneurs.  They are co-authors of Stop Spinning Plates: How to Lose Your Balance and Become a Thriving Mother and co-founders of Thrive for Success, LLC.

Mary loves helping people have freedom and flexibility in their lives, and has built numerous successful home businesses.  She shares her enthusiasm for helping women truly live what is possible for them, both in her coaching and mentoring practice and in her work in network marketing.

Mary makes her home in a cabin high in the mountains of Colorado, with her husband of 22 years, and their son.   She is an avid skier and ice hockey player.

Susan Guiher is passionate about helping people be GREAT.  Through workshops, seminars and her coaching and consulting business, she helps entrepreneurs and organizations create successful businesses by challenging them to step into their greatness.  She was recognized as a VIP Work At Home Mom in 2007 and as a top coach by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2008.

Sue lives in scenic Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband of 10 years and their three children.  She is an enthusiastic traveler and loves Pro Tennis.

Sue and Mary have taken collaboration and partnership to the next level.  Despite the challenges of living thousands of miles apart, having active families, husbands who travel weeks at a time; they have created an amazing organization dedicated to helping busy working women thrive.
